OK, I admit it. I've been way more than tardy here. The truth is, having a full-time job has been great, but not good for my blog.
That said, I haven't forgotten about what I started two years ago. I've just been busy.
I've been thinking about what form this blog might take and the thing that keeps coming back is my ongoing frustration in the service category.
Why is it that major corporations treat their customers like dirt? The simple answer may be the best answer: because they can. In many cases, they're the only game in town... or at least, one of only a few games in town.
Whether it's Comcast, AT&T or a pet door company, I've been frustrated of late. I doubt that I'm alone.
